Who is XRM Plumbing?

XRM Plumbing has serviced inner Melbourne real estate for well over a decade. As investment property specialists we work directly with premium Real Estate Agents and landlords to resolve their plumbing challenges and keep their tenant’s homes functional.

The typical problems we solve include toilet and tap leaks, burst water and gas pipes, blocked drains and we complete appliance changeovers. We specialise in gas service work including heaters, hot water services and cooking appliances.

Our approach is personal so it’s likely that the team member you book your job with is actually the plumber who will arrive at your investment property. Our goal is to keep properties functional by taking problems off your desk, repairing your tenant’s homes and reporting to keep owners and managers up-to-date with their investments.

Although we are not currently accepting any new clients you can stay in touch with us via the contact tab at the top of this page or subscribe to our podcast Trench Talk at the bottom of this page.
